Lymphoma is a cancer that begins in the lymph nodes and lymph system, which is an important part of your immune system and helps to fight off infections. Lymphoma arises when some immune cells abnormally grow out of control because of mutations and other changes within these cells.
What is a B-Cell Malignancy?
A B-cell malignancy is a lymphoma of the B cells in your body. B cells are a type of white blood cell that makes antibodies. These cells are part of the body's immune system.
